Diet and exercise are becoming increasingly important in our daily lives. My goal is to keep you informed of current nutrition information and to help you avoid the constant deluge of misinformation that you receive every day.
I am a Registered Dietitian in the New York metropolitan area where I have a private practice. However, I have found that family, work, and other commitments make it difficult for many people to give health and nutrition the priority it deserves. That is why I have decided to offer online counseling. This will provide an opportunity for those who are interested in making positive changes to their eating habits to do so from the convenience of their home computer!
